Delivery Timeframes

All orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working daysfrom the date of order confirmation. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Custom food boxes are prepared fresh and with care, so please allow for the full delivery window.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute orders once dispatched.

Delivery Fees

We offer free delivery on all orders across South Africa. No minimum order value required.

Delays

While we do our best to meet our delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public holidays, adverse weather, or courier delays). We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any known delays.
